Flock Trail Running is a trail running community located in the South Downs National Park, West Sussex. We deliver weekly guided hikes and trail runs with distances ranging from 5K – 16K. The focus of our runs is exploration and adventure, showcasing the most beautiful trails around Chichester and the South Downs National Park.
