Who can join?
Anyone can join! We really do welcome and support runners of all abilities. Our focus is on you, the trail runner, and what makes us unique is our dedication to focusing on how you run, how far you can run, and most importantly how far you would like to run.
Knowing your running ability, ambitions, and goals, enables our trail run coaches to grade you, allocate a run level, and then ensure you always run with equally matched runners. This unique method of run grading ensures you are never under paced, never over paced, and never out of your comfort zone.
Pure trail running enjoyment, adventure and exploration in the South Downs National Park
Running by Level
Your run coach will assess and grade your level of run fitness. This guarantees that you always run with equally paced runners. Ensuring you never feel overwhelmed, uncomfortable, and always run at a pace that is right for you.

Our Level 1 grade is for people that are new to trail running, considering couch to 5K, happy to go slow, and want to walk the hills.

Our Level 2 guided trail runs are aimed at runners that are comfortable running to 5 – 6K distance at a slow to steady pace without stopping.

Our Level 3 runs are for those runners that enjoy running 6 – 10K at a steady pace without stopping.

Our Level 4 runs are for those runners that enjoy running 10 – 16K at a steady pace without stopping.
