The How to Trail Run 2hr workshop is open to all abilities of runner or to those that are keen to learn more about trail running. The informative workshop covers vision on the trails, posture and foot placement, navigating technical terrain, and basic hills technique.
This Level 4 guided trail run meeting at Bignor Hill car park, takes you out towards Bignor Hill before looping around through the Slindon Estate and down Sutton Down.
