LIZ, Level 2 Member

I’d been running roads for years because trails terrified me. Sam sorted all of that. I just turn up, follow the group, and discover places I never knew existed.

It’s crazy just how many new places I’m discovering .

Tom, Level 3 Member

FLOCK isn’t a running club. It’s a group of people who genuinely want you to enjoy the adventure of being outside on the trails.

The support is incredible and the guided routes each week amazing.
